Living with pets can present challenges, even more so when renting. At Arbors By The Bay, we don't think it should be challenging at all. We believe four-legged companions can dramatically increase the quality of life our residents experience, and that’s why we welcome two pets per apartment home with no monthly pet rent.
You'll find a wonderful Bark Park provided by The City of Daphne at Trione Park, less than 10 minutes from your Arbors By The Bay apartment home. You can also stroll through our community with your leashed pet and enjoy the lush, green surroundings. Be sure to stop by the office with your furry friend and say hi! We love our pets, and we'd love to know yours too.
Our residents take great pride in their well-kept community, and we encourage all pet owners to keep a supply of bags on hand for the disposal of waste.

Pet Fees
- Two Pets Allowed. Maximum total pet weight - 75lbs. One pet must be under 25 lbs.
- $300 non-refundable pet fee for 1st pet. 2nd pet is an additional $150.
- NO monthly pet rent.
- Current vaccinations required
